As an eating disorder specialist, I help my clients to not only manage their eating disorder symptoms, but understand the underlying causes, learn healthier coping skills, and explore their identity outside of their eating disorder. I believe all clients can achieve a life in full recovery from their eating disorder and feel privileged to stand alongside them as they work towards this. I work with clients struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID. I also support family members and friends of someone struggling with an eating disorder as they navigate their own complex feelings and role in their loved one’s recovery.

In addition to eating disorders, I am experienced in helping individuals struggling with life transitions, relationship challenges, body image and self-esteem issues, and anxiety.

I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions to meet the needs of my clients. My office is located in Charlottesville, Virginia, and I can offer telehealth sessions to anyone in the state of Virginia.

My out-of-network rates are below. I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan.
