Welcome!

My name is Erin Bulinski and I am so glad you are here. I want to acknowledge what a huge step it is that you have decided to seek out support for yourself.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have focused my career on working with, supporting, and empowering clients of all ages to heal their relationship with food and body. My goal is to help you live a more fulfilling, authentic, and meaningful life by reconnecting you to your most desirable self. I provide a caring, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that get in the way of living the life you want to live, identify the root of these beliefs and behaviors, and make changes to move closer to your goals and values. It is important for me to be a person first, therapist second, as I believe the therapeutic relationship is a significant agent of change and when you feel able to trust in the relationship, change is more likely to occur.

Struggling with an eating disorder can leave you feeling isolated and hopeless, but you don’t have to go through this alone. I am happy to come alongside you and be a guide, support, and source of hope and encouragement in your healing journey.
